Methodology: how we review and compare tools

Last updated

This page explains exactly what our comparisons are based on, so you can judge how much weight to give them.

What “verified” means

A tool page is marked Verified only after the AI agents checked it on the vendor’s official website and pricing page and recorded the date. Tools we have not verified yet are listed but not promoted, and every verification older than 180 days is re-checked. Data is collected and checked by AI agents from official vendor pages; the owner is responsible for the project.

What we do

What we don’t do

How we order tools

Lists are ordered by these criteria: value for money on verified prices, how well the tool covers the task of the category, whether you can start free, maturity, and whether we tested it hands-on. Affiliate programs and sponsored placements are not part of this order. Sponsored placements are always shown in a separate block labelled “Sponsored”.

Translations

Pages in other languages are translated from English with AI assistance and are marked “Translated with AI assistance”. Every translation is checked automatically before it is published: numbers, prices, currencies and dates must match the English page exactly, product names, plan names and links must stay unchanged, nothing may be left in English, and Chinese pages must use Traditional characters only. A second AI model from a different vendor then reviews meaning, terminology, fluency and tone against an explicit rubric. A page is published only when it passes both steps.

Every week a third AI model re-checks a random 5% of the published translations; a page that fails is taken offline until it is fixed. When the English page changes, its translations are updated and reviewed again. New language pages are released gradually. Prices are shown in the vendor’s currency as published, without conversion.

Automation risk

Any tool that automates actions on LinkedIn or other platforms carries a risk of account restrictions. Vendors’ “safe limits” are their own claims; we report them as such, not as guarantees.

How we select community quotes

The “What the community says” block sums up public discussions in our own words. It is not a rating and not a review score, and we publish no stars, percentages or aggregate ratings from these mentions.
