What CiteGraph does

Asks AI assistants your buyers' questions, shows where rivals are named instead of you, and drafts pages and fixes to change that.

CiteGraph is built to get your product mentioned by AI assistants. It asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity the questions your buyers ask, then reports where a competitor is named instead of you. For each lost question it shows the full answer, the winner, the page that was cited, and the sentence your own page is missing.

Beyond measuring, it turns findings into work. An Action plan orders three moves: a page CiteGraph writes, a site fix with code to paste, and a pitch it drafts for you to send. Written pages trace each sentence to your site, the AI answers, or a marked gap. Autopilot can write and publish posts on a connected site. Share of voice compares you with tracked rivals per engine, trended weekly, with a margin of error on every rate. Site checks look at how a crawler sees your site. CiteGraph also runs as a remote MCP server, so Claude.ai, Claude Desktop and coding agents can connect to it.

There are three paid plans, billed monthly in USD: ChatGPT Only at $19 per month, Starter at $29 per month and Growth at $69 per month. ChatGPT Only queries ChatGPT alone, while Starter and Growth use 4 AI engines. Limits rise by plan, from 1 to 3 projects (domains), from 10 to 60 pages written per month, and from 1 to 5 seats. There is no ongoing free tier; signing up shows a site readiness score and one live AI answer on your own domain before anything is charged. A 120-day guarantee applies under the conditions on the pricing page.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Plans concrete work: a written page, a site fix with code, and a drafted pitch
  • Reports share of voice per engine with a margin of error on every rate
  • Entry plan is $19 per month, with a 120-day guarantee under stated conditions

Cons

  • No ongoing free plan; signup gives only a readiness score and one live answer
  • Only monthly billing is shown; no yearly price is published
  • ChatGPT Only queries ChatGPT alone and leaves out the other three assistants
  • Fact sheets and CSV export are listed only under the Growth plan
  • Cancelling does not refund the current month, except under the 120-day guarantee

Our take

CiteGraph fits anyone who wants evidence of what AI assistants say about their product and category, plus a concrete list of next moves rather than only a score. The pricing page states its plan limits openly, and the 120-day guarantee lowers the risk, though it depends on conditions described on that page. It is a poor fit if you want a permanent free tier, since the only free part is the readiness score and one live answer at signup. It is also a poor fit if you need yearly billing, because the pages show only monthly prices. ChatGPT Only covers a single assistant, so tracking all four needs Starter or Growth. Fact sheets and CSV export are listed under Growth. This card is based on the official pages; we have not used the product.
