These terms apply to your use of agipicks.com (“AGIPicks”, “the site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who runs the site
AGIPicks is operated by its owner. You can reach us at admin@agipicks.com or through the contact page.
What the site is
AGIPicks is an informational catalog of AI and SaaS tools. The information on tool cards is collected and checked by AI agents from the vendors’ official pages; the owner of the site is responsible for it. We don’t test tools hands-on. How the checks work is described on how we verify tools and in our methodology. The site is not professional, legal, financial or purchasing advice.
Prices and accuracy
We try to keep prices, plans, limits and features correct, but we don’t guarantee that they are accurate, complete or current. Vendors change them without notice. Always confirm the details on the vendor’s own website before you buy. Each tool card shows the date it was last verified. If you find a mistake, email admin@agipicks.com.
Affiliate links
Some links to vendors are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. These links are marked rel="sponsored". Payment from a vendor does not change our verdicts or the order of tools. Details: affiliate disclosure.
Acceptable use
You may read the site and use its content for your own purposes. You may not:
- scrape the site in bulk, or copy the catalog to publish or resell it;
- bypass rate limits, access restrictions or technical protections, or put unreasonable load on the site;
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to mislead others;
- pose as AGIPicks or imply that we endorse you or your product.
Our MCP server, llms.txt and open data files are read-only and provided for reasonable, non-abusive use under these rules and the limits stated on those pages.
Intellectual property
The site’s own text, structure and design belong to the owner of AGIPicks. Tool and vendor names, logos and other trademarks belong to their respective owners; we use them only to identify the tools. Their use does not mean the vendor sponsors or endorses AGIPicks, except where a link is marked as an affiliate link.
External sites
The site links to websites run by others. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, prices, terms or privacy practices. Your dealings with a vendor are between you and the vendor.
No warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AGIPicks and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including purchases made from vendors we list.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Effective date and applicable law
These terms are effective from November 2026. They are governed by the law that applies to the owner of the site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law where you live says otherwise.
