What Crisp does

Crisp is a customer support platform that pulls messages from many channels into one shared inbox for a team. Alongside the inbox it provides a chat widget for websites and web apps, a built-in CRM for customer data, a help center for self-service articles, and analytics on conversations, satisfaction and operator activity.

For AI, the vendor describes a no-code builder for AI Agent workflows. You teach it from your website, imported PDFs and Knowledge Base articles, then pick where it runs, such as the web chat widget, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or email.

Pricing is a flat rate per workspace, not tied to conversation volume. The pricing page lists one price per plan and no yearly-billed price; the vendor says yearly payment can be switched on inside the app after you subscribe. Enterprise has no published price. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT. New accounts can try every feature for 14 days without a card.

Our take

Crisp suits small and mid-sized support teams that want chat, email and messaging apps in one inbox, with a CRM and help center in the same product. The flat per-workspace price, with conversations described as unlimited by the vendor, makes cost easier to predict than usage-based billing. Large organizations must ask for Enterprise pricing, since no figure is published.
