PostAll is a social media scheduling and publishing tool. You write a post once and send it to many networks from a single dashboard. The official pages name 30+ destinations, among them Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, plus publishing services such as WordPress and Medium.

Before a post goes out, you can look at a preview for each platform. Scheduling is handled through a calendar, bulk CSV import, recurring posts and AI-based best-time detection. The built-in AI, which the vendor says runs on Gemini, drafts captions and hashtags, rewrites text and translates it. A separate anti-block engine applies daily caps per platform, random posting intervals of 15–30 min, a duplicate content guard and an automatic pause after repeated failures.

Analytics report reach, impressions, engagement rate and clicks, with exportable PDF reports. Teams can add members, use approval workflows and manage several workspaces. An API, webhooks and no-code workflows are available for automation.
