What Triple Whale does
Triple Whale presents itself as an AI operating system for ecommerce. It connects data from stores, ad platforms, email and SMS tools and marketplaces, then puts measurement and an AI assistant called Moby on top of that data.
On the measurement side, the Triple Pixel supports tracking and attribution, and Compass brings attribution, marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing into one system. Reporting includes a SQL editor, dashboards, customer segments and AI visibility tracking, which shows how a brand appears in AI-generated answers.
Moby answers business questions in plain English. On higher packages it can also work on your behalf: it can adjust budgets, pause ads, launch campaigns, run scheduled reports and build landing pages, within approval settings and guardrails. It also runs inside Slack. A Data-Out API is listed for sending data to a warehouse, BI tool or internal app.
The packages are Free, Foundation, Automate and Enterprise. The Free plan carries no commitment. Paid plans include unlimited users and as many stores as needed. Sonar is included in every new paid package. The vendor says most brands are up and running in 15 minutes.

Our take
Triple Whale fits ecommerce brands that want attribution, reporting and an AI assistant in one product and are willing to talk to the vendor to get a quote. The Free plan lets a team start without a credit card, according to the homepage. Buyers who need a public price list will not find one, because paid prices depend on annual GMV. Paid plans are 12-month subscriptions, which is a longer commitment than month to month. The most advanced measurement features, such as Compass with MMM and incrementality, sit mainly on Enterprise or as an add-on. Businesses that are not ecommerce are not the audience the official pages describe.
