A comparison of four mobile proxy providers by dedicated IPs, rotation control, carrier targeting and price, plus the setup of a dedicated mobile proxy and the account-ban risks the vendors themselves describe.
Mobile proxies route traffic through IP addresses that cellular carriers assign to phones. Vendors such as IPRoyal list social media account management among their uses. Mobile proxies are sold in two ways. A dedicated mobile proxy reserves one device or IP for you for a set period, which keeps an account on a steady address. A rotating mobile proxy changes the IP on every request and is billed per GB, which suits scraping more than account management. When you compare vendors, check whether dedicated IPs exist, how rotation is controlled, whether you can choose the carrier and city, the minimum rental period, and what the vendor says about bans. This page compares four catalog providers on those points, using only their official product, pricing and documentation pages checked on 2026-10-20. It also walks through setting up a dedicated mobile proxy and lists the limits that the vendors state themselves.
IPRoyal names social media management as a use for dedicated mobile proxies; Proxy-Seller rents a single mobile IP from 1 week; Bright Data lists unlimited seats. No vendor here has a free plan; Oxylabs gives a one-time $5.00 credit.
Sells dedicated mobile proxies, which it describes as renting a phone with a SIM card. It recommends them for long-term social media management. Rotation is manual or automatic every 3–6 minutes.
When to pick it: If you keep each account on one steady mobile IP for weeks and want to test with a 1-day plan first.
Rents dedicated or shared 4G/5G/LTE proxies per IP. You choose the carrier and location before purchase, and the IP rotates by link or every 5 or 30 minutes.
When to pick it: If you need a specific carrier in one of its 20 countries and want to rent a single IP for a week.
Mobile proxy pool the vendor puts at 20M+ IPs in 140+ countries. It offers 24-hour sticky sessions and targeting down to city, coordinate and ASN, billed per GB.
When to pick it: If you need a mobile IP in a less common country, or per-GB billing for occasional use.
$30/moTrial: Welcome credits: $5 toward any product
Runs a mobile network the vendor puts at 7M+ IPs, with city, ASN and ZIP code targeting and sticky or rotating sessions. A pay-as-you-go option covers mobile proxies.
When to pick it: If your team already uses Bright Data for other proxy types and can complete its KYC check.

How to do it
Choose dedicated or rotating
For account management, IPRoyal recommends Dedicated Mobile Proxies, which are reserved IPs billed per proxy. Rotating Mobile Proxies change IP on every request and are billed per GB, which fits campaign-style or variable workloads better.
Dedicated plans run 24 hours, 30, 60 or 90 days. The 1-day plan works as a paid test but only allows manual rotation. Automatic rotation needs a 30-, 60- or 90-day plan, and longer plans carry 5% (60 days) or 10% (90 days) discounts.
In the dashboard, open the Mobile section from the sidebar, find your order and click Details. The Proxy Access panel shows the connection details, which you can copy or download.
Rotate the IP with the Rotate IP button, with a rotation link, or automatically after a set period. On dedicated proxies, automatic rotation runs every 3–6 minutes depending on location.
Enter the host, port, username and password in your social media tool or browser profile. The port depends on the protocol you select under Proxy access. IPRoyal suggests HTTP over SOCKS5 when your software supports it.
To keep the same IPs, click Extend in the orders dashboard or turn on a subscription in Order details. Once an order shows Expired, it can no longer be extended or renewed.
IPRoyal states that no proxy can ensure a completely block-free experience. Your actions, browser fingerprint and use case also matter, and badly managed multiple accounts can be banned whatever the proxy quality. source
Running several accounts may break platform rules. IPRoyal notes that multiple accounts are forbidden on nearly all platforms, and that a platform which detects them may block all of them. source
Bright Data requires a KYC compliance check before you can use its mobile network. It may include a short video call and verification of company or personal details. No mobile price is published on the pages checked. source
Proxy-Seller's mobile proxies cover 20 countries, have no standard free trial, and need a minimum order of 1 address for 1 week. Carrier and rotation options depend on the location and current availability. source
Oxylabs does not name social media accounts among its mobile proxy uses, and it bills mobile traffic per GB rather than per dedicated device. source
Frequently asked questions
How many Instagram accounts can share one proxy?
Proxy-Seller's Instagram proxy page recommends 1–2 Instagram accounts per proxy server. That page sells dedicated IPv4 proxies, not mobile ones. The mobile pages checked give no per-account figure.
Dedicated or rotating mobile proxy for TikTok accounts?
IPRoyal recommends dedicated mobile proxies for tasks that need a consistent IP, such as long-term social media management. Rotating mobile proxies switch IP on every request and are billed per GB, so they fit variable workloads better than logged-in accounts.
Will a mobile proxy stop Facebook from banning my accounts?
Not by itself. IPRoyal says no proxy service can ensure a block-free experience, because your actions, fingerprint and use case also count. Badly managed multiple accounts can be banned regardless of proxy quality.
Can I try a mobile proxy for free?
Oxylabs adds a one-time $5.00 welcome credit to every new account at registration, and it can be spent on Mobile Proxies. The other vendors here have no free mobile trial; IPRoyal suggests its paid 1-day plan for testing.
How are mobile proxies sold?
Usually per IP and period, or per GB. On Proxy-Seller you pick carrier, location, rotation type, number of addresses and order period. Shared access starts at $10 per IP, with a minimum of 1 address for 1 week.
