What Gumloop does

Gumloop is a platform where people across a company build AI agents that work inside the tools they already use. The vendor describes it as a multiplayer agent builder: team members create agents with the AI model and integration they choose, while IT keeps control over access.

Agents can connect to more than 400 connectors, run in a real browser to work on websites with or without an API, and react to events such as a finished meeting or a submitted form. People reach them in Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, or by text message over iMessage, RCS or SMS. A Model Router matches each task to a suitable model so routine work costs less.

For administrators, the product offers audit logs, SAML SSO and SCIM, role-based access, restrictions on which AI models teams may use, spend caps and approvals, and deployment inside your own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud environment.

Pricing is credit based. The Pro plan starts at $37 / month and comes with a 14-day free trial and 20k included credits per month, plus an 8% orchestration fee. Enterprise uses custom pricing through the sales team, with custom credits and discounts available on the fee. The pricing page lists unlimited agents, seats and teams. Our take

Gumloop looks aimed at companies that want many non-technical employees to build agents while IT retains oversight. The official pages put weight on governance: audit logs, SSO, model restrictions, spend caps and private cloud deployment. That suits mid-size and larger organizations. Individuals who want a permanent free tier will not find one on the pricing page, only a 14-day trial of Pro. Costs also have several parts: a starting monthly price, included credits, and an 8% orchestration fee. We have not tested the product, so how it performs in daily work is unknown. Check credit use during the trial.
