What Trigify does

Trigify was a product for go-to-market teams that wanted better signals and better context for their decisions. According to the official site, it aimed to take messy, unstructured data and shape it into information that revenue teams can act on. The vendor also describes monitoring and signal collection, integrations, API access and export options for customer information.

The most important thing to know is the product's current status. The Trigify team is joining HubSpot, and the standalone platform is being retired. The vendor states that the service, customer accounts and platform will not continue within HubSpot, and that existing accounts will not be migrated there. For most customers, access ends at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, while customers with different contractual notice periods receive their own dates directly.

When access ends, integrations and API access stop for standard customers, and monitoring and signal collection stop as well. Subscriptions do not renew beyond the applicable service end date. Customer data is handled according to contractual, privacy and legal obligations, and the vendor says HubSpot will not use it as part of the team's move.

Existing customers are pointed to a support contact for exports, billing questions and transition help.

  • Integrations, API access, monitoring and signal collection stop when access ends

Our take

Trigify is relevant mainly as a record of a product that is winding down, not as a tool to adopt. The official site says the standalone platform is being retired, accounts will not move to HubSpot, and access for most customers ends on 22 October 2026. New buyers have no stated way to sign up, and no pricing is published, so evaluating it for a new purchase makes little sense.
