What Grain does
Grain is a meeting notetaker built for growing teams and for AI agents that need meeting content. It can record video using a bot that joins the call, or it can transcribe the computer's audio so that no bot appears. Capture rules let you decide which meetings are recorded. During a call you can type notes, tag moments and add action items, and these sync into the transcript. Transcripts carry participant and cross-meeting context, come as Markdown, and are offered in 100+ languages. Summaries and action items can be shared from Grain or delivered to your inbox.
Meeting data can be moved into Claude, ChatGPT or other AI tools through bulk export, an MCP Server and an API. Inside Grain you can ask questions across the whole meeting library and receive answers with citations. Sharing, teams and CRM sync with HubSpot or Salesforce are listed for the Business and Enterprise plans. The integrations page also names Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Slack, Zapier, Aircall and Productboard.
On pricing, the pricing page names Free, Pro and Business. Pro is described as the step up for longer meetings and full history, and Business as the step up for shared workspace meeting memory. Prices for Pro and Business are not clearly stated in the page text. A 14-day free trial is mentioned, and workspaces can mix free and paid seats.

Our take
Grain fits teams that want meeting recordings and transcripts to flow into other AI tools, and that want the option to record without a bot in the call. The free plan lets an individual try it before paying, and the pages mention a 14-day free trial. Team sharing and CRM sync are listed for Business and Enterprise, so groups that need them should plan for a paid tier. Desktop, mobile and browser extension apps are not described on the pages.
