White-label CRM you can resell

Five catalog platforms that let you rebrand a CRM and resell it, compared on branding, client accounts, client billing and the price of the reseller tier. Includes steps to brand DashClicks and invite the first client.

A white-label CRM lets you put your own name, logo and domain on another company's software and sell access to your clients. The platforms differ in four ways: what you can rebrand (login page, emails, mobile app), how client accounts are created, whether you can bill clients and mark up their usage, and how much the reseller tier costs before you have a single paying client. Terms matter as well. Some vendors set a floor under your resale prices or cap the number of client accounts per license. This page compares five tools from our catalog that describe white-label reselling on their official sites. All facts and prices come from vendor pages and help centers checked on October 20, 2026. One tool proposed for this page was moved off it, because it sells white-label support services for another platform rather than a CRM. The setup steps follow DashClicks' help center, from branding the dashboard to inviting your first client sub-account.

Limits and risks

  • GoHighLevel's SaaS Mode and usage rebilling with markup require Agency Pro ($497/Month). The pricing page offers a 14-day free trial on any plan, but a help center article says there is no free trial for Pro. source
  • Systeme.io resale prices cannot be lower than its own, and the plans you can resell depend on your plan: Startup users resell Startup only, while Unlimited users can resell all plans. source
  • EngageBay has no unlimited license plan; each site in a multi-site network uses a license slot. source
  • DashClicks sub-accounts cannot use InstaSites, InstaReports, Projects, the Fulfillment Center or Rebilling, and SMS and email usage needs funds in OneBalance on both your account and the client's. source
  • Simvoly white-label plans include one project; each additional project costs extra (from $8/month on WL Basic). Refunds apply only to yearly plans within 14 days. source

Frequently asked questions

What is a white label CRM?

It is CRM software you rebrand with your own name, logo and domain and resell to clients. Systeme.io, for example, describes rebranding its platform and reselling it at your own pricing, with clients never seeing the systeme.io name.

How do I become a white label CRM reseller?

Each vendor has its own route. EngageBay runs a reseller program you apply to, from $749 per year. GoHighLevel's SaaS Mode needs the Agency Pro plan. DashClicks and Systeme.io include reselling in their regular subscriptions.

Which white label CRM suits a marketing agency?

DashClicks and GoHighLevel are built around agency client sub-accounts and both support rebilling client usage. DashClicks also sells white-label fulfillment services such as ads, SEO and content.

Is there an open-source white label CRM here?

None of the five official sites describes its product as open source; all are hosted platforms you rebrand. Systeme.io states that resellers cannot modify the underlying code.

Can I resell a CRM to real estate clients?

GoHighLevel's help center includes a Real Estate Agent snapshot that can be loaded when you create a client sub-account, giving each agent client a prebuilt website, forms, calendars and workflows.

How much does a white label CRM platform cost?

Systeme.io includes white label on its free plan. Simvoly WL Basic is $59/month billed annually, DashClicks Pro is $199/mo, EngageBay's reseller program starts from $749 per year, and GoHighLevel Agency Pro is $497/month.
